Your 1st visit will be about 50 mins long

We will discuss & record your medical history in detail.

This will be followed by a biomechanical assessment and appropriate orthopaedic & neurological testing, as well as postural analysis.
The manual osteopath will apply a highly developed sense of touch to identify points of weakness or excessive strain and imbalance throughout the body.

All of this will allow a full osteopathic diagnosis of the problem enabling us to tailor a treatment plan to your needs as well as give you an idea of what to expect from treatment.

If osteopathic care is not suitable for your condition we will refer elsewhere.

Following treatment you will also be given advice on appropriate activity etc to facilitate the best response over the next few days.

Subsequent follow up visits will be approximately 30 mins.

Wearing loose, comfortable clothing will allow the practitioner to apply  treatment in the most efficient way.

We are not medical providers and do not provide diagnosis codes for insurance. You can also use a HSA to pay for your treatment and we will send you a receipt.
